DARRYL WILLIAMS BIO.
AUTHOR-Mr. Darryl Williams
is the author two books Divine Essays from the Spirit Within 2001 2002 and Moving Forward (Coping with
Negative Emotions) 2007. He is now working on several literary projects at this time. These include his first novel,
and a compellation of his columns.
COLUMNIST- Mr. Williams writes a feature monthly column in the lifestyle section of Velvet Addiction in
the"Spiritual" section (www.velvetaddiction.com). He also writes a bi monthly column titled soul food in Embracing Your Spirit (www.darrylwilliamssoul.com).
He is a contributing writer to the Intentional
Living news letter published by Chrishtian Cultural Center (www.cccinfo.org). Also he has been a contributing writer to Rise magazine and The Rap magazine.
Speaker- Mr. Darryl Williams participates in seminars,
workshops, panel discussions.

Williams is also the editor and creative director for the magazine Embracing Your Spirit.

Coach/Editor- Mr. Darryl Williams
has coached various individual writing projects. In addition Mr. Williams has served as editor for various writing projects
which include both professional and academic.
Educator/
Teacher- Mr. Darryl Williams is one of the co-founders and chairman of a not
for profit community based child care agency in New York City. Mr. Williams is a licensed early childhood teacher and has been educating and caring
for children for nearly 15 years.
He also has teaches summer school for a
private orginization based in NYC, Boston, Washington DC and Maryland.
Tutor/
Mentor- Mr.Williams is a strong supporter of the ‘No child left behind’
initiative and equal education for urban youth. Mr. Williams teaches Reading, Language Arts and Math and also serves as a
mentor in an after school program that serves the New York City, Boston, Washington D.C and Maryland public school systems.
Mr. Williams also teaches reading, language
arts and math and mentors students privately as well.
Mr. Darryl Williams holds degrees in English
and Literature from Brooklyn College.
Mr. Williams has certificates and accreditations
from York
College.
In addition Mr. Williams also holds accreditation and certification from The State University of New York and The New York
State Office of Children and Family Services and The Administration for Childhood Services.
Mr. Williams is also licensed and certified by
the New York State Bureau of Day Care and the New York City Department of Health and Public Education as an early childhood
teacher.
His most important roll has been the proud parent
of two young men whom he has raised as a single parent with the help of God, his loving mother and a village made up of his
family and close friends.
Mr. Williams is a member of Christian Cultural Center in New York City. He attends a couple of places or worship in Charlotte, North Carolina.
